How did you get your PSC nickname?
Simply Artist spelled Backward.

Wendy. Depends on what year it is. over 30

Where are you from and what do you like best about being there?
Atlanta Georgia USA. Its home know a lot of people.

What do you do to keep the bills paid?
Creatively

What do you do in your spare time?
Learn. Explore. Draw. Create. Listen. Organize. Discover. Share.

How did you find PSC, and what do you like most about the site?
I remember the first time I came across it was purely accidental, and soon found it calling my name and then was completely consumed by it.

If you could change one thing at PSC, what would it be and why?
I would win more.

Is there any other information about you would like to pass on?
check out my internet radio station on live365.com. http://www.live365.com/stations/255967

How many hours per week do you spend on PSC?
more than i should!

What other sites, not Photoshop related, do you like to surf?
deviant art, depthcore, behance, live365, myspace, twitter, myfonts, colour lovers, logosauce, 99designs, dripbook, logolounge, best brands of the world, cnet, amazon, zbrush, dogs on acid, allrecipes

What tools do you use to chop?
mac g5, wacom, dual lcd apple monitors, info pallette for color, imagination, google, a lot of layers

What gets your creative juices flowing, how do you create a masterpiece?
either it will come to me as sooon as i see the thumbnail or google the subject until i get a spark. sometimes a theme will emerge a story or a message i feel strongly about. sometimes i just like the way it looks

What inspires you?
The talent here drives me to become better, never quit growing here, always somebody bringing something new, or the shear genius of some of the creative solutions blows me away.

Do you have a system? Does a chop have to be done a certain way following steps or are you a messy chopper and just go with the flow?
go with the flow, but have found it much easier to group and label layers, prevents errors and frustration just a good habitm, especially if someone else might wanft to navigate through it

What style of chop do you prefer to create?
abstract collage lots of saturated color

Filters, brushes and techniques: Which do you use, and not use, and why?
love liquify, smudge is my favorite, alien skin

When do you know that you have it just right, or is it constant changes up until, or after, you post?
always room for improvement

What is the limit to what you will chop?
nothing obscene, violent or cruel

Are there any tips and/or tricks that you would like to pass along to less experienced choppers?

What is your favorite type of source image, and why?
Anything that i can build from, machinery is good, like autos, objects, rock faces and water. unusual things.

There is often talk about how the source is used and to what extent it should be. What are your views on all sources, outside source use and animations?
i think all source are some of the most impressive as far as ingenuity goes. People shouuld be abe to express themselves creatively using which ever method best suits their idea as long as the source is clearly visible and not anging on a picture. i also thinks it opens doors to people who may not have tried or thought about doing things differenty in photoshop.

What is your preferred resource for outside source images?
Google Large or Extra Large

In your opinion what makes a good chop?

Do you have a system to get things started?

Have you ever completed a chop and then decided not to enter it in the contest? If so, why?

After you finish your chop do you just post it or seek opinions of family and/or fellow choppers first?

If some one finds a fault in your work do you change it or stay with what you posted?

What qualities do you look for when deciding to vote on a chop?

Some member prefer not to vote for filtered chops or animations. Is there any particular style/type of chop you won't vote for?

Time is always a factor, how much time do you spend on a chop and how much time is too much?

We all love to get votes. Now are you a constant vote checker or do you just let it go and check once a day? (be honest)

What chop of yours did not do as well as you expected?

What do you consider your best chop so far?

What do you consider your worst chop so far?

Who is your favorite chopper out there and why?
