If it is your image and it is being used without your permission you are entitled to claim a royalty by request.

If they are selling it without your consent and they refuse to give you the royalty, you can issue a court order to take the royalties.

Ha, I totally forgot to tell you this, but this was printed out and hanging on one of the physical fitness message boards in my last barracks with "Don't be this kind of sailor" written beneath it. Cracked me up every time I saw it.
