I am stunned and broken. Jerry was a true gentleman and brilliant artist and this site, and indeed the world, is a much poorer place for his loss. Jerry actually took the time to coach me on a technique he was master of, and I will always be thankful. He was a wonderful individual.

I had no idea he was sick.
Jerry was a truly great guy. He sent some of his regular work chops to me so I could show them to my son what real Photoshop masters could do. The man was an under-the-radar genius in my opinion.
God speed Jerry. My condolences and thoughts go out to his family. I hope they find the comfort that they need.

I considered him a friend. He was so supportive to me and would check in on me every now and then to make sure I was ok. This is sooo sudden. He was so young for this to happen.  Please send my love and support to his wife and children.
This place will always have something missing from now on.

It is a song from Warren Zevon who wrote this song when he found out that he had terminal Lung cancer. It helped me when I found out about my cancer. Peace my friend.
