Interesting to note:

Since 2011 started, nothing mentioned about the take over of this site.

Sucks that PROC wanted to keep all members in the dark so that (I imagine) he didn't lose any of his "capital" here (that would be YOU and ME, folks) before he made his deal.

Which is too bad for the NEW OWNER... it sets up a lack of trust right out of the gate.
