Hi Buzz,
As member johndownunder i am one of the many artists who enjoy contributing to photoshopcontest.com on a regular basis. The site runs a prize contest each tuesday which apparently must have an ongoing problem with funding as various people have not received their prizes in recent months.PMs sent by prize winners receive no response and members are left to wonder what is happening and feeling ignored.
Perhaps discontinuing the prize contests would resolve the problem and replacing them with a normal anonymous contest would serve members better.

That's technically fraud, i.e. promising and not delivering, and your best bet is to contact your state's Attorney General so that they can start the process of getting restitution from the owners of the contest.

I have in october and november won 4 anonymous contests, each with 50$ in prize money. I want to tell you other psc-members that I have received all the money, today.
Thx pscbuzz.

The owners aren't even from the United States (I think from India or some fucking place!) Is there an international court that could handle this case?
