Anyone know any good sites that can help me with a flash project? I need to create a flash portfolio and I suck at it. So im looking to get a little bit of help in creating this.

If anyone could point me in the right place to look that would be great. Most of the stuff im finding is template sites and thats not what I want. I want it sorta built by me,,, anyway thanks if you can help.
