yes they are standard filters althought liquify was brought in later.

Never used the lighting effects filter in PS... Razz

easy choice, throw away lighting effects.

Why?
Well, these effects are much easier to recreate with different techniques then what you can accomplish with liquify.

HA! For a hack like me who used other programs before finally giving in and getting PS.
Liquify was the main difference between PS and
everything else. LIQUIFY ROCkS!

Looks like our first blow out. Lighting effects are very useful though.

Liquify is exceptionally useful once you know how to use it right. I couldn't vote to get rid of it.

Well, Liquify is SO specialized - whilst you can fake an aweful lot of lighting effects WITHOUT the lighting effects filter.

So - Bye bye Filter de la Liet!
