Hi everybody,

I was just wondering how the source-photo-upload thingy works...I uploaded 4 pictures, like 2 weeks ago and I get these messages:

You have had submitted 4 original images.
You have had 0 original images accepted.

Who has to accept and how long does it takes?

Just wondering....

I submitted 17 last August.

and only 2 have come up so far... I hope that helps ya out

then stuff like Solid Benches have been in que for a year

Uhm, 2 of 17?!? Wow Than who has the power to accept new source images? And are there special terms and conditions for a new source pic (except the size)??

& I don't think theres any special terms other than size, and no porn

Mine says:

I think it's just luck of the draw. As far as I know the mods have to review submitted images and approve them for placement into the voting pool.

It does say to have descriptive names on the files when you submit them. If you leave the camera's filename (i.e. DC1001a.jpg) it won't get reviewed as fast as a simple name (i.e. "TheShaman's Chest Hair.jpg").

Hey,

Some images:
-are poor quality (too dark, overexposed, no focus, etc.)
-need to be rotated

Those for example are rejected. I also don't think we need more cat pics, so I put these on hold too.

seriously though, there should be some sort of thing sent in an email,
This picture "theshamanschesthair.jpg" was acceptable and will be put into que voting for future contests
or
This picture "theshamanschesthair.jpg" was too dark and or overexposed and therefore is not acceptable and will be rejected by PSC. Thank you for trying though.

kind of statement, so we know, if something isn't good enough, so we know what we need to do better. and also so we know they've been reviewed or at least we know you got them.
