Im new to the site I think this a very cool way for some like me new to graphic design and photoshop to pratice. You all have some amazing work up here. I was wondering can anyone post an image that can be used for the contest on here or are they picked by the people that run the site?

i think you have to be an advantage member in order to submit an image for use in a contest. ask one of them or a mod and they can better help you.

They are submitted by advantage members. Check the advantage link at the top of the page. Lots of benefits for very little dollars. A month's worth of source pictures in advance, a private chat room and the ability to upload (and vote on) source pictures to be used. Cheers and welcome to PSC.

Since yer chopping and aint got advantage yet--if ya have a good image and ask an advantage member ya know to submit it, i don't see why they wouldn't...da rulez.........

Image must be exactly 1280x960 and under 600KB.
Images with proper names (ex. Flying Bird.jpg)
will be reviewed faster. Both descriptive and creative
names are allowed. Do not submit the same image numerous
times from different angles. Pick the best one.
