Post the image here so we can see what you are working with. Then have more specific questions, such as here (indicate where) I'm trying to do this. Right now your questions are a little vague.
To post an image here just save it to a third party site I like photobucket.com then hit image above and drop in the address. Then check preview to see if it's exactly right to show up.
A question or two regarding your question. Bubble colored text? (Bubble gum colored, maybe?)
How to use the brushes. (Which brushes and for what? The brushes are used as brushes to apply color, to erase, to clone?) Blending colors? (To achieve yet another color?) Shade the graphic? (Portion of, overall image?)
You will get help, just clarify, okay!
