From a web style point of view it is nice and has appeal but it needs a footer with links and to sort of cover your green line. I give it a thumbs up. I can't remember if your links are image ready buttons or text but i would add only text based links down there for accessibility.

Hey guys thanks for the feedback, this is the first site that I have ever made I used a program called EZ Generator to build it right now in school I'm learning Dreamweaver 8 once I get better with it I'm going to redo the site.

hey go with CSS (cascading style sheets) and some basic html
You can then fix anything that dreamweaver messes up and or just code it yourself without DW. With your skills in ps and then these skills you are in business!
