okay, I already know how to make an animation - I already have one made & saved.
what I want to know is, how exactly do I get the Photoshop animation OUT of Photoshop and onto my website? I want to use it as a header.
Any ideas?

what version of photoshop do you have?
if you have image ready : file > save optimazed or test in IE/FF from imageready and save from there
