Size contraints of at least 500 wide but less than 125 kb is what kills most gifs, for me anyways, is there a way too make them big enough yet not too large kb-wise?

Carl: Try reducing the number of colors and playing with the ammount of diffusion. Both of these often have big effects (literally) on optimized file size.
