i thought it was 50 to 80... could you give some advise on HOW to optimize... im a dumb ass and typicly only get my pics down to 120 or so

use the "Save for Web" feature under the File menu (at least on my version). Might say "Optimise for Web" or something to that effect. Or you can use the program Adobe ImageReady, etc.

i always optimize 4 web but somehow the filesize stayed BIG...fixed it now tho,... :)
