Shadows are not constant with the two centre subjects as is the lighting on the the guys face. If you are using backlight as in this image then his face would be darker. The light source is from behind yet your shadows fall backwards as well.

Yes I did and your shadows are still wrong my friend. Your main light source is from behind your subjects.

Look at the density and the sharpness of the mans shadow compared to the bird. the birds shadow exceeds his body position even if the light was in front of both subjects. When you go for Photo realism you have to be aware of all these details.

the image looks crappy here because it's not the same file you used at imageshack. There has been some kind of fancy filter/brushwork in your link, but this image on PSC doesn't have these vector-looking brushstrokes. They are 2 different files.
