one suggestion....might make it more interesting if the belt came out and over the bar instead of behind it,you could use the dodge and burn tool to create the tension bulge of the bar below it

Thanks, Lux. I actually tried that first, but it didn't look right with the bar missing. Just looked off, even with the distortion. I'm off til Monday, so won't get a chance to try again. But thanks!
