the baby seems to be a separate image from the Bkgd., and there is a transparency issue where the hands are.

If it was easy everyone would be doing it. Practice. Do it more. Read tutorials. Learn. That is what this site is for. Add shadow beneath car, learn how to proportionally scale added images to keep from distorting added parts. Keep trying.

You can go on you tube and type in anything on photoshop, and there will be a tutorial from someone. I've been using photoshop for over 20 years, and I'm still learning.
