The elliptical central plate should rotate, but not change its orientation. The current motion suggests the shaft and motor are swinging like a pendulum. Just sayin'. :)

actually I had to distort the fan to the angle the box is in and at that angle the rotation is also distorted...to have the fan rorate properly the angle of AC would have to be changed accordingly,thus the title,the fan rotates like this cause its broken

one thing is to spin the fan flat but try doing a gif of the fan or anything rotating properly at this angle...you have to change the shape of each blade separately in each frame to conform to the slanted angle...no time to do that so fan is broken 8·}
