Ignorant question: Do you need Illustrator to do this. Also, how do you do it. I messed with Illus. once and found out I wasn't as smart as I thought I was. I'd like to learn how to do this. Mezo's always look cool. I'll shut up now.

Capefear, I use Freehand. I use the pic as an template and sort of trace it,... I always have different stroke widths (because I like that),... then I copy/paste it in Photoshop,... and I did something with hue/saturation. What also helps is a little
