Darn it OCC! Now that guy across the street has to get out and do something about HIS lawn! SHHEEESSSHHH!! There goes the neighborhood. Why do all these people have to move in and increase the property value? Huh?

Actually, the guy across the street is a single redneck. His idea of improvements would be a trailer and a pickup with a gun rack in the back. That should event out the property value. Obviously the guy in the front is married with children and a honey
