thumb nail thing::: post the pic you want for thumb to your pic host site, post the pic you want for main pic on same site, with exact same name, allow replace/over write,,,,,, i think that covers it, don`t repost here, your pic host site does that,,, nice pic

In addition make sure the two pictures are the exact same size. I create a layer on top of my real post with the thumbnail picture. Then I turn off that layers visability, save it and post it again.
