Or just realized that the darkness around her face was acceptable, and used a layer map to bend the chick's face in with it. as far as the cartoon, just say "no." it completely takes away from the rest of the pic.

If you want votes... dont go the hot chick route. Its overdone and is just overall lame. If you want votes, come up with an original idea that you put time into. Just some creative criticism.
