make each dog its own layer then duplicate layer on both of them... then set opacity around 15-20 then go to "edit" then free transform and pull them the way they look righht or howeveer you want them... then use burn tool on a medium opacity set for high

that one dude is totally right. For starters tho, these shadows would look better if they went all the way to the dogs feet.

the shadows need motion blur, not much, but a little. The brightness are too strong, the dogs doesn´t fit in. Good Idea though.
