Using only this picture for my point, and having no way to see your other work do to the ??? thing they changed to a while back, my consturcive criticisms may only apply for this image. You need to work on shading. Not only the highlights, but the shadows. The chair looks like it's floating, and almost never would something so close to the object creating the shadow be that fuzzy. I'd recommend duplicating your chair layer (first making an adjustment layer of JUST the chair, cause you obviously have a lot of layers there) and B/Cing away all color and light. Black chair. Then apply a small gaussian blur, and Edit/Transform/Distort it to fit everything the way it should be in the image. Lower the opacity as neccesary. This method will yield nice shadows in most every situation. Otherwise, nice entry here...the chair itself is really awesome.
