cute idea. nice frame, and I like the splatter on the table and his paw. suggestions: always de-fringe anything you cut out; it eliminates that outer border of pixels left over from the background. Also, the napkin doesn't quite look like it's in his mouth. It disappears into the roof of his mouth on the right, then reappears on the left. But nice work overall.
