yeah, i would like to know to how this head to head thing works. Sounds like newbie's just get to vote and don't stand a change... so what am i doing in this topic..

it´s like in every tournament... the strong survive, the weak die, and everyone compete, what is the most important. Besides, who gets into these tourneys, usually put a lot more on their entries than they usually do in regular contests... cause they know it ain´t a child play.

if you make it thru the registration process then if its like last year a number of groups will be made , these groups will include a number of choppers from top to lowest skill. If you stand a chance or not is entirely up to you.

Id chop for that...I have this thing where I get to round two or three and then choke!

last year it went like this:

- at a certain point you have the chance to register
- you are chosen by the mighty gods of PSC to be part of the game
- you are happy
- you find yourself in a group of choppers, first opponent matches your average PSC-scores
- on the date of first battle you get your "weapon" (source pic)
- you chop for your life and post anonymously (!) your pic
- open voting (and revealing the pics) starts if both competing pics are there, so you are waiting
- you wait 3 days (if i remember right)
- your opponent doesn't show up
- you are frustrated
- 4 weeks or so later your next battle comes up
- your opponent is BILLTVSHOW
- you are frustrated
- some days in advance you realize that you won't be in town and don't make it
- you are frustrated
- you drop out of the game
- billtvshow wins the tournament
- guess what... you look forward for the next H2H

... i'm sure i would have kicked BTVS's ass

I don't know how any of it works...but when I got to "your opponent is billtvshow" I laughed out loud so much that I had to type the words all the way out.

Anyone not familiar should definitely look through the previous rounds. Not only are many of the chops amazing but the comments can be hysterical (as can the "I Give Up" entries).

Some really good laughs in there.

I was in a H2H once got thru the first round, then meet this guy called Alex...took a hit out on him afterwards...wonder what happened t Alex

i really wonder how many people have already registered (the "counter" idea is not that bad after all).

i mean... if, by next week, 127 people have registered, then the first 64 may play and the other 63 may watch the tourney?
