uhh...does anyone notice that CYNN is commenting in here? I thought you had left for good, Cynn! Or have you been here all this time and I just somehow never encountered any of your posts? Oh, well. Glad to see the sock queen back.

anyways, back on topic...I have written poetry in the past, mostly for school, but it wasn't bad. Unfortunately, I have no idea where any of those papers are located, so... Rolling Eyes

Your literary devices and word pictures are powerful.

Reading each stanza is like taking a rollercoaster ride with the unpredictable twists and turns of love, loss, acceptance, and forgiveness.

I realize there's a complicated back story but would I be far off the mark in assuming it was written about a Chia Pet® ?

I too recall experiencing the same emotional thrill ride soon after purchasing my first.
