Neat idea though, and it shouldn't be too bandwith wasting...

Presently, we have the Galleries to view all the winning entries. In essence, those images should convey the types of work that are very much appreciated and get the most votes.

So...will everyone's Favorites replace "Galleries"...also...I'm a little hesitant that people's egos/feelings might get hurt if one of their images iisn't included in someone elses' Fav Folder. Plus, how many Favorites will they be capable of holding?

Or am I the only one thinkinng this?

I like the idea of having favorites, but if we have unlimited favorites, it might lose its punch. For example, I could see some members selecting 10 favorites from each contest. Maybe limit 1 favorite per contest, or even per week?

I can see some contest where I'd have 5 favorites to choose and other contests where I'd have no one to add. I'd hate any kind of limit.

Thanks for all of the input. I think I have a decent understanding of the consensus now. This feature, and the revised psc, will not be available for a little while. I am not coding these "on the fly" like most previous patches to the site.

A re-launch date has not been set, and probably wont be until it is almost ready to go. This gives time to refine existing features as well as create the new ones without affecting the functionality of psc.
