I have been trying to remove one of my images from a contest to reload a corrected version but only the comments are edited the imaged is not replaced. Is it not possible to change an image once it is in the contest? Can anyone help me out please?

Hold down your shift key...and hit the refresh button at the top of your browser.. That will do a hard refresh of ur screen. Then you should see your updated version of your image.

Thanks for your help dbbowling but I don't know what is wrong it will not upload. The coments have changed but not the image. I tried the shift refresh but no go.

Have you tried
Deleting your temporary internet files?

And then close all open browsers and re-open this should work.

Ive had a few slow server quirks a=in the past and this takes care of them.

Sometime it takes a few minutes to refresh, I noticed that myself a few times Mir.

Double check the size of the file OUTSIDE of photoshop. PS only gives an estimate of how large the file will be when you save, not the actual size.

Maybe one of the MODs really LIKES the original image and they are doing you a favour by not letting you change it! ? Razz Very Happy

thanks for your help guys, I've tried it all, don't know what's wrong, forget it, by the time I get this done the voting will be closed anyway. It is not that big a deal anyway!!
