I made a pic in PS - I set the Image Size to 500 x 600 or 550 x 600 (did both). When I check the file size it is 143KB and the Error screen says this:
No bigger than 800 wide by 600 high or no LESS than 500 wide x 350 high and no more than 124KB.

No matter how large or small I make my pic, the KB Size don't go down. Sry I am noob - any help would be appreciated.

I know you guys get tired of this question, but pls help Smile

work on the downloaded source at the same size. Once you're finished flatten psd image and use Save for Web. Note that this might put the kabosh on your brilliant colors...so if you don' t like the results, raise the saturation slightly before Saving for Web.

Now if you want to submit a SOURCE, follow the guidelines in Advantage. Better yet, subscribe to Advantage, then your image can be larger.

Hey Eden, either save for web and compress the file, or when saving as a jpeg lower the slider to accommodate for the size restrictions, this will not harm the final image, and magically you will upload with no problems Very Happy
