Today we pit two very similar controls against eachother. The only major difference between the two is their interface. Which would you get rid of if forced to?

curves, altough I do like a nice curve, but that's not photoshop related Laughing

anyway, to be serious (yes, serious), I never really could handle the curves tool very well, so I don't use it very much, ergo I won't miss it

toss levels........ I've only used curves..... trying to get better with them...... Jerry is da master

RIGHT, he should do a tutorial about the L*a*b - Colorsystem!!!
Avoiding color casts etc. LAB + Curves = BOOOOOOM!

comon CURVES is one of the most usefull tool of ps... i do everything with it, levels has not the same range of actions

levels give you more control imo, so cut the cr*p and get rid of curves Cool

I like em both.
I use Curves for some color adjustments but I use levels for all my lighting.
So get rid of Curves.
