I just caught this thread and I am amazed at how fast the bandwagon got going against Marco. This seems to have started as an accusation of Marco just cutting and pasting and everyone was demanding that he prove himself and in just 5 hours from the start of the onslaught he proved himself to have not done that. First of all, He never did point out where the starting image was. All he did (so far) is confirm what I said in my first post...that it was all outside sources that worked better for his idea. Most votes were because (IMO) of the rock work and idea and not about how well he manipulated the starting image. Keep in mind, there is NO part of the starting image in his chop (that he has shown or that I can see. Anyone else see it??). This shouldnt be a winner in a contest that requires the manipulation of a starting image IMO. agree or disagree at will. I'll be ok.
I thought I was respectful in my first post and was genuinely impressed with the rock work and want to see how to do what he did. read my first post again.
Regarding everyone else in this thread, I did think it was kept light and fun and a pretty entertaining thread.

Tofu, why does it all have to be in jest? if I have a question about a chop and its validity, why cant I ask and be serious? There were plenty of people that PMd me and commented in this thread saying they too wanted to see and that said they had doubt.
The bottom line is, Marco is a well respected chopper here and can chop a mean chop, but he is just like anyone else. If I see something I like or DONT like, I might ask about it. If he or anyone thinks Im attacking him personally, thats not my problem.
