Good one, call Scion Shady for this, he knows all the shady spots, that's where you'll find him, under a tree Laughing "Hey Joey Jo Jo Jobinsky"! Shocked

HA! Shadows! I merely use a simple filter for that! Smile

All i can say for shadows is look where the light comes from. use marquee tools around the person and distort them down to the right shape. also... try changing your layer settings that somtimes helps

I select the object (ctrl+click on its layer)
Distort it how i want it, Add a new layer, fill the selection with black, add the desired blur and lower the layer opacity.

I bung the shadow onto a new layer and then adjust perspective. density and blur.

Hmm that freeware plugin could be a time-saver. I'm gonna check it out.

Hey Blade, I just thought of something Rolling Eyes duplicate my Street Lamp chop, it had all kinds of tricks in it, shadows, lighting, chopping, and then we'll compare the 2, I think it will be good for the learning experience, I did it to challenge myself, and it was kind of fun doing it. go to: layer/layer style/drop shadow...it's done!
then, create a layer with this shadow: ctrl+click on the effect symbol in the layers window.
