Well..here's your update micose...and other readers who may be interested...

first descripion of the building: shop with behind it the storehouse...above the shop an empty appartment that goes about halfway the shop...then a platform roof and then another 2 levels above the warehouse that are also used as warehouse...both can be entered from the platform roof.

police explanation: burglar entered the appartment above the shop from the platform roof and by removing the doorlatch. Then he sawed a hole in the floor of the appartment...removed a tile from the shop's ceiling and lowered the ladder he took from the building-site. Police said it was probably a professional. They also found a footprint...ooooooh...so CSI

At work we all wonder if it was the first time he entered or if he did it regularly...maybe he stole small things that we didn't notice yet...don't know Police also said it looked like he cleaned the appartment because there were no planks or dust that must have been there from sawing the hole...

Well...mistery solved....end of story..still not feeling save but...yeah...end of story.

Did they look for tool marks... on the door latch and on the sawn hole...
