Micose there are parts of California (Sierra Mts,Lake Tahoe) that get a TON of snow and Ice all the time in the winter.just not the desert tho it can get cold at night...

High temp today was supposed to be 16 degrees (Fahrenheit). But we got to 22!

I love it when a newscaster moves from the Midwest to Florida and spends their first winter in the public eye...lol

they are beside themselves .The newest one spent Christmas on her Sailboat and made her Christmas calls from the boat....guess where I am??? hahahaha

Are you sure weren't talking about the NY area (I am in Western NY) getting an ice storm because were in the middle of one right now, errrr. I would rather have 8 feet of snow (and yes I have seen that much snow here) than to deal with ice everywhere. Do you know how hard it is to get ice off the windows of your car, haha.
