Yeah, it looks alright. But taking images from PSC to another contest is just not cool.

He used his own work from another site for a psc chop. I don't see a problem in that.

The shocking thing here is that he's getting a lot of votes for using the flood plugin.

so basically the psc-chop took about 2 minutes Smile a bit uninspired ok, using old work for new chops

I do not see any problem to show an art at several art galleries, when the autor is the same. Betrayed????????????

I have improved my work to PSC. I have put the egret flying and the PSC source at the water..... photofilter.... levels with gradient tool at the mask...

Ahem, that part I have to argue with.
These are not art galleries at all, these are 'contests', contest on which
your fellow contestants fully expect that you have entered an original image, work, specifically for that particular contests as they have done.
So you have played 'within' the rules , but have been discourteous to your fellow choppers, and supposed friends.
It's just not nice.
