I'm familiar with phpBB but I'm confused why I can't see who the posters are.

Normally, the left column of the forum body is the poster name, rank, icon, etc. but, no matter which board style I choose via my profile, I get a blank column.

To wit, the pink region (bordered by me) is where I'd expect this information:

Any ideas?

I just downloaded mozilla firefox for my cpu at work (mac g5), to use instead of safari.. its is WAAAYYYY faster and now i can see avatars on the left side of the screen in the forums!
I recommend it blindly!
