I recently researched this same thing, and Coolpix
kept coming out on top.
It's freeware, Linux stuff.

You could always use photoshop, file > automate > web photo gallery

i could teach you how to make a page flip album, if you've got a spare life time 
or i could send you the tutorial, 1GB.
PS that first album you liked is also in photoshop

so photoshop's not good enough? we got dreamweaver, fireworks and flash too

That's not the point. It has to be really easy to use and "cool". So that one is.
