It is absolutely out of question that all programmers from so called 'developer team' should leave their fingerprints through the code. This would ruin the site and not develop at all.
I'm perfectly fine with the Grefix as a team leader, main developer, lead programmer, project manager, god... whatever. He would be responsible to Proc (or whoever)and I'm only offering some help if team wants to discuss some solutions, functionalities, seek for idea, even want to spare some time by asking someone else do develop rough piece of code or some routine which main programmer will implement in the page in nice, clean and ordered way..
Other team members (including me) should just provide additional man power in case it is needed and be of help and service to leader (by available knowledge and time) .
So, to everyone concerned, I'm ready to help in what will be asked from me without intention to mess up with the main code.

Show's right. Too many coders could muck things up. You end up stepping on people's work. I think a slightly different approach would be needed. Have one, no more than two, "official coders". Anyone else on the team would be for algorithm development, bug hunts, etc.
Couldn't agree more with Tofu, Show and Hal.
Preferably 2 'live' coders (ability to implement functionality, modifying, editing) on live site. 2 due to the fact that the occasion may occur that urgent coding will be necessary. If one is not available, you still have a 'backup'
Additional coders could be left in a 'sandbox' area, for testing / improving or new code. But final impementation is left to the live coders.
Guess i'm just repeating what's said before

It would be a huge benefit to run new code through a few flavors. An apple, A penguin and a brick(m$).

Ok, we have Grefix, Hal23, TofutheGreat and myself on the team. We'll see how it goes. They seem to be the most qualified if they are telling the truth.

So it's official. Tony does all the work and we get all the glory.
I'm of an identical mind as Hal. Let me know if you need me to do anything. Otherwise I'm waiting in the wings.
Oh... I do have three computers (PCs) at home so I can load pretty much whatever browsers we want for testing (except Mac... no access to a Mac presently).

Show is Joe's personal developer now. He has the responsibility of keeping Joe happy now.

I'll be a consultant on the team if you need any input.
I'm an ASP.Net/C#/Javascript/CSS/SQL/Whateverelsethereis programmer. A little familiar with PHP, but not even close to Gref probably.
If you need another, count me in.
