Hey,
ScionShade contacted Azalea Software, Inc., a company that creates barcode software in Seattle. Jerry the founder was more than happy to sponsor this particular contest, as barcodes mean more to him.
I quote his words from an email "I see barcodes as more than just machine-readable symbols (www.jetcityorange.com/barcodes/). The prime example is the spread of barcode tattoos (www.jetcityorange.com/barcodes/tattoos)".

Jerry will pick his top images and will award prizes to the winners. Prizes will be t-shirts and barcode dog tags. Pictures will be posted later.

Hey out of interest, the double thin lines at either end and in the middle represent 6 and are in every bar code : 6 6 6 SPOOKY!
