Thanks Splodge, but I was also concerned about whether they are a reliable company to deal with? ie. Would you get the goods you paid for?
A retiree friend of mine wants to buy a 30 dvd set of all 58 episodes of the Johnny Cash Show. It's not available in OZ. I've found it at a couple of US sites, but when I googled a bit about them, they seemed very unreliable fly-by-night types. This bunch I can't find anything on.....

I looked through briefly through their catalog. The same outfit has a yahoo store at http://store.rarelivedvd.com/index.html

From the DVD covers and the cheap prices I can guess most, if not all, are bootlegs, some of them coming from Russia. I wouldn't buy from a company that sells bootleg material. I would advise extreme caution when buying with a credit card.

The 'vendio' part is a storefront for e-commerce and e-bay so they're probably OK

Apparently official DVDs are not available.

i wouldn't buy there (especially not with credit card) or some other where i have to pay up front
