I just found out about Alt 0169 to make a copyright symbol but its kinda had for me to get it to work does anyone have any tips on how do this shortcut quci everytime. Also does anyone have any good shortcut controls that they would like to share?

Start the text tool (T) click inside the document and type Alt-0169 (hold the alt, use the numbers on the keypad on the right side of the keyboard, not the top row)

This is not a Photoshop shortcut, it's generic Windows. Most (but not all) fonts have the symbol included in the font table. Use Character Map or other font viewing utility to check.

You can also use the predefined shapes in PS, there's a © there (a bit awkward one)

On a separate note: your signature is obnoxiously huge
