I've had a request from a family friend to touch up an old navy photo of his dad. He basically wanted the facial features to be more visible and the image sharpened a bit. I can do that, but I told him about PSC and how other people have done this, and, as well as getting the original request executed in a couple different styles, there are also usually great colorations and other creative chops done.
