It seems 4a applies here. I hope we can attribute this to misguided flattery or ignorance of the rules.

Not only is it copying(STEALING), but they had the balls to manipulate it. Thats just plain ass dirty. Like it was good enough to take, but not good enough as it was for thier chop....Or they though it would hide the cheating.

andy i'm sorry that happened to you. why is this image still up? i looked into his profile and his other work seems to be all original. have you made any contact w/ him/her besides your comment?
