Thx Lux, yea...anyway...its thats...its years now ive been studying Bacon on real canvas and months ive been working on Photoshop tools and other softwares to come with sthg close to this style... and yes the whole stuff is both abstract and figurative, as should be a Bacon but might need some extra work on the body and face to get even closer to a "fake" Bacon.
Oo...this..;and he never used square canvas ....

I didn't so much copy the style of the artist, but rather just study the forms; hope that's okay.

ok... I don't have a masterpiece per say, but I did a picture of my one sister for my other sister... using the graffiti application on face book. For those of you unfamiliar with facebook (aka facecrack!), the application is merely a round brush with which you can adjust to 9 different sizes and 9 different opacities, it has a swatch palette of about 60-80 colours maybe, and that's it! There is no eraser, but an undo button. I have a screen shot because the image wouldn't upload or 'finish' the previous night, and I lost all the work I had done. So I re-did it the next evening, and learned how to save the screen, and saved it just in case it didn't work. Anyways I let it do it's thing over night and it was still not uploaded or 'finished' by the next morning, so I am glad I got the screen shot!

I do have a name, and if you look at my number real hard, you may actually figure out what my name is! But I can't reveal it right now, as someone is trying to figure it out, and I don't want to spoil all the fun for him/her, I'm not sure of their gender!

Thanks for the compliment, it is very much appreciated.

and as for the eraser thing... I don't really erase, I just delete entire layers Laughing Laughing Laughing . However, you are right about painting, I suppose you could re-gesso a piece or let the paint dry and then cover it with more paint, but it's still not the same as erasing!

You could say I am a painter, but I am mostly an artist. I do all kinds of creating. I use to teach Art to disabled adults for years and now I am a photographer by profession... but boy do I love to paint!

You use oils don't you?
