Anyone knows how can I record/capture my work in photoshop? I need to make a presentation for school and I would like to record all steps of my work but I can't figure it out how.
I mean something like this for example...

For plain and basic screenshots, you don't need any extra software. Use the "Print Screen" Button on the keyboard and the screenshot is automatically saved to the clipboard.

Screen Recorders (good for recording "How'd you do that" videos)
CamStudio is a free, open source, screen recorder
Camtasia Studio is the commercial-grade cousin to CamStudio.
Wink - Distributed as freeware for business or personal use. Wink is a screen & audio recorder that outputs to Flash, Standalone EXE, PDF, PostScript, HTML or many standard image formats. Use Flash/html for the web, EXE for distributing to PC users and PDF for printable manuals.
UtraVNC - screen recorder is build with the old Rendersoft camstudio source. NOTE! Micose is reporting that this one came back registering as a virus. I'm researching to see what the dealio is.
Jing Project - The concept of Jing is the always-ready program that instantly captures and shares images and video…from your computer to anywhere. They also seem to provide some media hosting.

Jing is a pretty nice desktop recorder. It's free, too. Just search for it in Google.
edit: ah, I see the ever knowledgeable Tofu has already mentioned Jing. Carry on.
