I'm either working too hard at this or I'm missing something...

What would be the EASIEST way to redo the outline of this rose in Photoshop?



Or would it be easier to do it in Illustrator (in which case I'm screwed)?

I don't know about PS, but in PSP, I'd create a new vector layer above it and use my pen tool, or create a new raster layer and use a brush. If there's a simpler method, I wouldn't mind knowing that myself to see if there is an equivalent technique in my software.
