My $0.02 is I like the random/singular H2H (along with the sitewide H2H). I would say that you're limited to issuing 1 challenge a week and can't accept more than 3 a week? That might keep people from abusing it?

I remember hearing about the 1vs1H2H a couple years ago and thought it was a cool idea then; my opinion hasn't changed on the matter. I'd like to see it put in place as well.
