That is probably true for a lot of jobs.. most of it is how you get on with your co-workers and customers and of course the upper management. I know that people that dont get on in most cases managment finds some reason to fire them unrelated to their work.

Nope. I'm not a graphic designer, but add everything together and you get 181% (if I counted correctly)

Never mind my previous message, I counted too fast.
I didn't noticed the . in front of some numbers, which refers to 0.

Yes, in many ways this is very true.
I find myself dealing with people more on a design than actually putting the design together.
Also on a related note, when creating a direct mail piece, the look of the piece is not important. You could have an award winning design, but if you do not have an accurate mailing list, the direct mailer is useless.

tofu, you substitute for all that is protein, I noticed you did not allot any percentage for alcohol. Everyone in the business knows that alcohol, whether good or bad, is....well, I can't finish this thought....I'm starting to see double...carry on.
