I shot the picture of the bird (whatever kind it is) in June of last year on a pier at Ft. Walton Beach Florida.
I am honored my photo is being used to pay homage to a cherished member of PSC.

just to let everyone know, that the shot of the heron, stalk, crane, blue, grey long legged bird influenced me to both look at Tom work again, and in turn remember the anniversary in the first place. So basically, thanks to Holic here, he made this all possible initially.
Not one to believe in fate and such, but hey, this really looked like it was meant to be

Thank you Marco for spearheading the remembrance chop for Tom on the 2nd anniversary of his passing. I'm looking forward to all the art work... the source is beautiful and like you said... fitting since Tom's heron seems to be well liked by so many of the PSC family/friends as well as one of my personal favorites of his.
I hope you have a huge turn out, not just in DoctorWu's memory but as a tribute to members like you who take the time to keep the PSC site meaningful and fun and for all the past and present members of PSC who'll have an opportunity to renew and refresh relationships and perhaps use it as an excuse to take a little bit of time from busy schedules to chop again or at the very least vote for their favorites and comment while reminiscing over the good 'ole days!
